Support with payments
BetterRoaming accepts payments from Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When you pay for your BetterRoaming Apple Watch service, we save a payment token provided by your bank or card issuer. This token is then used to charge subsequent payments, like monthly plans.
When processing a payment, we are obliged to perform ''3DSecure'' checks for credit and debit card payments in line with banking regulations. As a result, you may be redirected to your bank or card issuer's website to validate the payment transaction.
3DSecure is also known as Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. Occasionally, banks require customers to renew their saved token. When this happens, your payment to BetterRoaming may not be correctly processed. If this happens, you will receive a failed payment email from BetterRoaming, after which you can update your payment information using the guide below.
Updating a Saved Card
If you receive a payment failure email from BetterRoaming, you may need to log in and update your saved card information.
Here’s how:
Log in to your existing account at betterroaming.com
Select "Payment details" in the right-hand menu
Remove your saved card by clicking "Remove".
Click "Add Payment Method" to add a new card. You can also re-add the previously saved card
BetterRoaming will authorize this card for future payments and store a token that represents the card. You may be redirected to your bank or card issuer to complete the 3DSecure process
BetterRoaming will not charge you until your next payment is due
When you’re done, remember to log out or close your browser window
