Phone numbers

You can easily find your phone number in your account, under the section Plan Details. You can also find it on your first receipt (sent via email) or under Settings > Sign-in and Security on your watch. 

 Reactivating an Old Phone Number  

If you cancel your plan and want to restart your service, it’s not currently possible to get your old phone number back.  

Once the service is cancelled, you will receive a new number if you decide to reactivate your plan.  

Custom Phone Numbers  

Currently, BetterRoaming numbers are randomly generated upon checkout. We do not provide custom phone numbers.
