Lost or stolen devices

If your Apple Watch has been lost or stolen, you can cancel your plan online or transfer it to another watch via the BetterRoaming website. 

If you don’t have access to your account, please contact us directly through the button below to suspend your services. You will continue to be charged for the service unless you cancel it. 

You can immediately lock your Apple Watch from iCloud.com or a paired iPhone. For more information, please consult the Apple Support page.
