Can I uninstall my BetterRoaming eSIM?

You can, although we recommend you only uninstall your eSIM after you've used up all your BetterRoaming data and don’t plan on booking any more. If remove your eSIM, you will need to re-install it before you can use BetterRoaming again in future. If you’re unsure, we recommend you don't uninstall your eSIM just yet, but contact the 24/7 BetterRoaming customer support team first through the Contact button below.

Also note that most devices permit the storing of multiple eSIMs – so if you wish to use an eSIM from another provider, there’s no need to delete your BetterRoaming eSIM.

Here’s how to uninstall an eSIM from your phone:

iPhone
1. Go to Settings
2. Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data
3. Tap the plan that you want to erase (in this case, BetterRoaming)
4. Tap Delete eSIM

Android

1. Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager

2. Select the eSIM you want to uninstall

3. Toggle the green button to disable the eSIM

4. Tap Remove to remove the eSIM from your device

Google Pixel

1. Go to Settings

2. Select Network & Internet > Mobile network

3. Select the eSIM you want to uninstall

4. Tap Delete SIM
