Downloading your eSIM

When using the app for the first time, you will be prompted to download an eSIM. Installing an eSIM takes just seconds, and only needs to be done once. You will be asked to do this after signing up with your email address, Google or Apple ID. When prompted, simply tap the “Download eSIM” button and follow the onscreen instructions to install:

Install your eSIM 

Make sure you have a stable internet connection, then click “Next” 

  1. Default Line 

Choose your default Line and set iMessage and FaceTime to Primary. Click Next 

2. Mobile data 
Choose BetterRoaming as your Default Line for cellular/mobile data 

3. The installation will begin. This may take a few seconds. Once the eSIM is installed, you will see a screen letting you know that the installation was a success. Click “Continue” to book a data plan for your new eSIM. 

4. If the installation was unsuccessful, check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, contact us directly through the button below
